When is the lat time you celebrated your success.  When is the last time you took yourself out for dinner or bought yourself a gift.  These celebrations don’t have to be expensive, it is just important that you do it.  You deserve it.

I just wanted to let you all have a listen to my favorite chapter (Chapter 7 – Serenity)  from James Allen’s famous book, “As A Man Thinketh”.  It is a brilliant book and this final chapter has given me great insight to ways in which we can use our thoughts to decrease the stresses in our life.
