As the Holidays are approaching fast this week I just wanted to get a quick note out to say thanks for a great 2010. I have had some great experiences in 2010 and I am planning for even greater ones in 2011 and I hope that you are doing the same.
So here is just a quick little exercise you can do to help clear up 2010 and plan for a Bigger 2011:
- What didn’t you like that happened in your life in 2010? Just grab yourself a piece of paper and start writing. This is a great exercise with some pain involved, but we tend to be able to talk easier about what we don’t like in our life and it also allows for a mental cleanse. Write as much as you can and if you are having a difficult time because life was great in 2010, fantastic then #2 is where you will put all of your ink to paper.
- What did you like in you life in 2010? Same as above, start writing. What did you like most about your life, body, career, family, finances or the world in 2010. Just write as you will be able to look back at this list and see that you have many things to be grateful for and many success stories that you can use to build upon in 2011. Have fun with this.
- What is 1 thing you will “commit” to doing differently in 2011? This can be as little as cutting down on your TV time or writing a cute note to your spouse 1X/week or saving $20 out of every check and giving it away to charity. The ideas are endless as to what you can change. Whatever it is, just stick to it. Just make sure you do something different and please make sure it is something that will advance you in the direction of your goals and dreams.
- Who will you become in 2011? This is a big one for me and it should be for you as well.
In order for me to achieve my goals and dreams for 2011 I have to push myself harder than I ever have, work smarter than I ever have and I have to become better than I ever have.
2011 is going to be a great year for me and I truly wish the same for you. If there is anything I can do to help you achieve your dreams and desires, please contact me. Let me help your 2011 be bigger and better than ever!
So again, thank you so much for all you have done for me and I hope that I have given a little back to you.
From my family to yours, have a Very Merry Christmas and a Wonderful Holiday Season and a Happy, Healthy and Prosperous 2011.
As always, Believe In Yourself.
